Based on profound knowledge and accumulated experience, HEC carries out assignments in the fields of strategic advisory services; auditing & evaluation; program & interim management; education & training.
CitizenVision's director is senior consultant at HEC, specialized in citizen engagement 2.0.

eInvolvement

Petities.nl runs the national portal in The Netherlands for petitions and citizen's initiatives. It supports individual citizens who want to start a petition or an initiative by providing a platform for the collection of statements of support.
Moreover it offers “participation as a service” by providing municipalities a dedicated “local counter” based on open source. CitizenVision's director is Member of the Board.

eRepresentation

CROS is the official Consultative Committee for the Development of Schiphol Airport, instituted by the Dutch National Aviation Law. Its main task is to reconcile the conflicting interests of economic development and environmental protection.
The committee consists of representatives from public authorities, citizens organizations and the industry. CitizenVision's director represents a local municipality.

eQuality

Burgerlink (Citizenlink) is an initiative of the Dutch Government to improve the performance of the public sector by involving citizens. To that end Citizenlink promotes quality standards, measures citizen satisfaction and stimulates eParticipation.
Citizenlink ran from 2008 - 2010 as part of ICTU. It continued the eCitizen Charter developed by the eCitizenProgram (2003 - 2007). CitizenVision provided the Management for both programs.

eAccessibility

Drempelvrij (WebAccessibility) is an independent foundation for the promotion of the accessibility of websites in The Netherlands. It issues charter marks based on independent testing of conformity with the international Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
It is also entrusted with developing the national Web Guidlines which Dutch government organizations have to comply with. CitizenVision provides the Vice Presidency of the Board.
